SAME DAY SHIPMENTS

Available upon request regardless of shipping method if order is placed prior to 3:45 p.m. EST. RAF does not guarantee that stock orders not requiring same day shipment will go out the same day, although every effort will be made to do so. Those stock orders that do not ship out the same day will normally ship out the next business day unless plating is required. Regular shipments are made on a prepay and bill basis and all shipments are customer routed. Same day delivery services and counter to counter air shipments are also available upon request.

DROP SHIPMENTS

Drop shipments are accepted by RAF at no additional charge.

OFFICE HOURS

7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) Monday to Friday. After hours sales message center is also available. The response time to any message left will be minimal.

TERMS AND FCA

Terms: One (1%) percent ten (10) days net thirty (30) days.
FCA: Seymour, CT (RAF plant)
Visa, Master Card and American Express are also accepted.

SCHEDULING OF ORDERS

Any individual item or group of items on an order can be scheduled out for a maximum of one (1) year from the date of the original order. Each shipment must meet a minimum requirement of $100.00. When order is placed and scheduled, either the inventory is pulled or the parts are manufactured for the entire quantity and put into a segregated area in our inventory, bagged and ready to ship according to your schedule. Up to three (3) changes to either the ship quantity or the ship date can be made without any additional cost being applied to the invoice. If the part calls for plating, the plating will be applied when parts are put into segregated stock with few exceptions.

OVERSHIPMENTS

All custom (non-catalog) items are subject to an overshipment of up to 10% of the order quantity. The price quotation from RAF will clearly identify these items.
